"My Online Fitness Coach" personal training and nutrition software provides our clients with the following resources:

Biomechanical accurate exercise videos and movement descriptions
Over 1,000 exercise demonstration videos with your choice of either a male or female model demonstrating a full repetition with proper form and technique of each given exercise, and when printed shows both a start and end position. In regards to youth and senior programs, since a professional trainer is not with the client in person to show them proper form and technique, it is critical that an exercise program provides clients with as much detailed instruction as possible. Ours allows parents to supervise their children or family without being the "bad guy". And our fitness phone coaching process ensures we remain the coach!
Customized fitness / training programs
We have the capability to create customized exercise programs using equipment that our client has available by choosing any one, or a combination, of the following modalities: free weights, slant bench, cables, balance disk, machines, balance board, elastic tubing/bands, aerobics step, medicine ball, Swiss ball, single leg, bodyweight, or flexibility. We can also split programs by body part or type of exercise; abs, back, biceps, cardiovascular, chest, forearms, legs, plyometric, shoulders, triceps, or warm up activities.
Client forms
Various forms are essential for assessing online clients, setting goals, and tracking their progress. Our forms are easy to fill out, and clients may receive the form via email or have access to it online. MyOnlineFitnessCoach offers five different forms to assist with client assessment including a Client PAR-Q and Waiver Form, a Client Demographic Form, a Client Health History Form, a Client Nutrition Form, and a Client Medical Release Form.
Program calendar
Each online client is provided with their own personal fitness calendar in which is scheduled their fitness activities such as; cardio, resistance training, and stretching.
Client login site & workout results update
Clients can securely log in from our home page to easily access their entire training and nutrition program, including history. Access allows workout log entry, food log entry, viewing weekly or monthly workout schedule, access to exercise demonstration videos, review of several reports, and our monthly online health and fitness magazine!
